Loan Support Specialist Role

To assist members and staff with their loan and service related requests by providing clerical, administrative and
functional support.

Work Environment

No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions (such as in a typical office). Position is not eligible to work remotely.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Provides processing support for dealer services and loan department. Identifies cross sell opportunities.
  • Responsible for finishing consumer loans for consumer loan officers
  • Files loan documents with the appropriate agencies. Completes paid-out/closed loan report weekly and mails lien releases as required.
  • Produce loan documents, reports, and new accounts with no unresolved errors according to established department standards.
Knowledge and Skills

One to twelve months of similar or related experience.

A high school education or GED.

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Must have good communication, time management, and organizational skills. Good verbal public relations skills. Ten key calculator, typewriter and keyboard skills. Well organized.
