Loan Payments

Take care of loan payments without needing to visit a branch.

Text the word ‘START’ to 833.844.1074 to opt in. After opting in, text ‘0’ to get a list of keywords to start making payments with the necessary check or card information.

*Service fee of $7.95 

Call your branch with the necessary check or card information, and they’ll take care of the rest.

*Service fee of $9.50

No need to sign in or create an account, just look up your loan with your member number and date of birth to apply an immediate payment from another account.

Use the online banking platform and set up external accounts to make payments on your loan.

If you have an existing mortgage, you can check your history, download documents, or make your payment online at our mortgage servicing site.

You can deposit your checks from anywhere. Sign into the mobile banking app, choose ‘deposit’ and follow the steps.

Add the mobile app to your device:

Send digital invoices, get paid online, manage cash flow, and automate accounting — just log into online banking to use Autobooks.

Scroll down to ‘Accept Online Payments’ to enroll.

Visit us online to register for online banking. Be sure to have your member number and social security number ready to verify your identity. Once enrolled you’ll get the chance to set up your username and credentials.

As long as you are a primary or joint account holder, you can register. You only need to register once to access all your accounts. If you have a business, you will need to register using your EIN as well.

You can change your contact information through online banking. After you log in, simply click the upper right bubble with your profile image, and select Profile. Here you can update your address, email, or phone number.

Login to online banking, select Statements & Documents in the left-side column. Choose the month and the account to access your statements electronically. Statements can also be exported as PDFs for your records.

You can reorder checks online for personal and business accounts. For your convenience, we offer a secure link to Harland-Clarke to initiate your check orders.

When logged into online banking, select Support in the left-side column. From there you can chat with the Member Assistance Center by selecting Send Us a Message. Your message will be promptly responded to during regular business hours. Or call us at 800.442.6321.
