Please complete the request form for consideration. All donation requests must be received at least 30 days before your funding deadline or event.
The Charitable Giving Committee will review your request and contact you with the details provided once a decision has been made on your request.
Requests must align with the credit union’s vision, mission, and values. We will give special attention to requests from organizations that enhance the welfare of our market areas or those that have a direct affiliation or membership with Multipli Credit Union.
